Is your silver real?
Every piece is 925 hallmarked sterling silver, certified by BIS. No plating, no hollow cores, no exceptions.
Will it tarnish?
All sterling silver develops a natural patina over time. It's a sign of real silver. A quick polish with a soft cloth brings it right back. Store in the pouch we send with every order.
How long does delivery take?
We ship within 48 hours. Most orders arrive in 5-7 business days anywhere in India. You'll get a tracking link by email.
What if I want to return or exchange?
Let us know within 7 days of delivery. A flat ₹250 fee covers return pickup and redelivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags intact.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet. We currently deliver across India only. We're working on it.
Are your pieces handmade?
Every piece is handfinished by our craft team in Jaipur, India. We work directly with artisans, no middlemen, no mass production.
