Every order ships within 48 hours. We deliver across India — most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If anything looks wrong, reach out and we’ll sort it.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t right, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a return or exchange — no drama. A flat ₹250 is deducted to cover return pickup and delivery charges. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags intact. Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

 

Silver Care

Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time — that’s normal. To keep your pieces looking their best, store them in the pouch provided, avoid prolonged contact with water or perfume, and give them a gentle wipe with a soft cloth after wearing. A little care goes a long way.

Every piece is 925 hallmarked sterling silver — certified by BIS. No plating, no hollow cores, no exceptions.

 

Will it tarnish?

All sterling silver develops a natural patina over time. It’s a sign of real silver. A quick polish with a soft cloth brings it right back. Store in the pouch we send with every order.

 

How long does delivery take?
