Shipping
Every order ships within 48 hours. We deliver across India, and most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If anything looks wrong, reach out and we'll sort it.
Returns & Exchanges
If something isn't right, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a return or exchange, no drama. A flat ₹250 is deducted to cover return pickup and delivery charges. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags intact. Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Silver Care
Store your silver in the pouch we send with every order. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. A little care goes a long way. Real silver only gets better with time.
