We follow a procedure for shipping all our products:

Shipping within India:

• All our products go through quality control before shipping.
• Cash on delivery is available pan India. COD handling charges apply. 
• If a Bank transfer or Cash Deposit is the only mode of payment you're comfortable with, please whatsapp us. We'll sort that out.
• We provide free shipping for all prepaid orders.
• We process your order in 2-4 business days.
• We ship only 6 days of the week, Sundays are off.
• On public holidays we snooze, no order processing on these days.
• The order will be delivered to you in 5-12 business days (depending on the location).
• Kindly note: In some cases, there may be a slight delay in processing your order, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience. As many of our pieces are made-to-order and crafted by our in-house manufacturing team, we request you to let us know in advance if you need your order urgently. We’ll do our best to prioritize it.

International Shipping:

Please Note: VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

• We process international orders after 48 hours of placing the order, to make sure we have received the payment via PayPal.
• The order might take 10-25 days to reach you.
