A Family Story, Shaped by Craft
Smith Jewels began not in a boardroom, but at home through the quiet strength of a woman who knew when the time was right.
Nandita, our founder, grew up in Delhi. She studied at Delhi University and is the daughter of an Indian Air Force officer. While jewellery wasn’t her everyday environment growing up, it was always in her roots. Her ancestors were jewellers and the legacy of craft quietly lived on in her.
Later, after building a family and moving to Jaipur, she felt a familiar pull toward the world of silver. With clarity and care, she began building a brand that blended craft with meaning, tradition with ease. Smith Jewels became her way to offer women timeless, honest jewellery made to be worn every day, not just kept away.
Her son, Aditya, joined as co-founder bringing his eye for technology and creative experimentation. With a natural ease for e-commerce and digital storytelling, he helped transform Smith Jewels into a meaningful online experience.
Together, they bridge generations blending legacy with modernity, emotion with elegance, and Jaipur's craft with India’s digital spirit.
