Refund policy



We offer easy Return and Replacement for our products. Please refer to our detailed Return and Replacement Policy below.*

 *Note: No refund or replacement is applicable for Customised or personalised orders*

  • Exchange: We do not offer Exchange (i.e. Returning one product and getting another product in exchange.)
    However if you'd like to exchange your product - you can place a 'Return' request for your current order and get the desired product through store credit issued against your 'Returned Product.
  • We offer easy returns! Just contact our team on WhatsApp us on +91-7849916977 or email at within 48 hrs of receiving your order.
  • You can either opt for store credit or refund to the original mode of payment
  • As per the discussion for such an instance, the customer should send back the product to the address mentioned by our team.
  • Shipping charges paid by the customer at the time of placing an order will be deducted and the original amount of the product will be refunded to them.In case no shipping charges were paid due to free shipping policy, Rs.100 will be deducted  from the product price.
  • Returns that are initiated by the Smith Jewels team will take 15-20 working days to deliver, as per the return norms of the shipping companies and return pickup charges will be applied.
  • Refund will be initiated only after the product reaches our workshop  and inspected by our team.
  • It takes 3-4 working days for the refund to reflect in the recipient's account statement.
A product is also eligible for return within 48 Hrs of delivery in the following cases:
    • The product is damaged in transit.  
    • A wrong product has been sent by our team.
    • There is a design defect on the product
  • Please contact us at or call us on +91- 7849916977 48 hrs of delivery along with the order ID and a picture clearly highlighting the defect, and our team will be happy to help you out.
  • In cases where the product is damaged in transit, we offer free doorstep pickup and a replacement product of the same design.
  • If a wrong product has been sent by our team, we will arrange for a free doorstep pickup and delivery of the correct design.
  • If your order has a design defect*, please write to us at within 48hrs of delivery along with the order ID and a picture clearly highlighting the defect, and our team will be happy to help you out
*Below cases do not qualify as a design defect:
            • Minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
            • If your product darkens over time. Natural oxidization is a property of silver metal and is caused by varying climatic & storage conditions.
            • Also when we use semi-precious stones, they might have some irregularities and will not be considered as manufacturing defects.

  • Cancellations or change of address requests are only accepted if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. In case of a cancellation (or address change) after dispatch, we will deduct Rs 200 as shipping charge, from the refund/exchange value
  • Any purchases made from other online portals will be governed by the refund and return policies of those portals and will need to be escalated to the concerned portals only.


Note: A clear video MUST be recorded while opening the parcel by the recipient. As it will prove whether the recipient has received it or not. Further, No complaints in any condition will be entertained by Smith jewels in regards to acceptance of incorrect/blank/empty parcel.
